As everyone knows I am a big fan of Whitney Port's and enjoyed reading about things people might not know about her-I have to say, the fact that she has never eaten pasta is quite weird, hmm, NeverrR?!

I wanted to write about a few things you might not know about me, they are:

-I've wanted to be an interior decorator

-I have a lot of trouble letting go of the past

-I hate ginger

-When I care about someone, whether its family or friends-I give them all of my ♥

-I'm very claustrophobic

-I use to dislike my name when I was younger and found it too simple and plain but now I love it and find it ohh so fitting :)

-I've never had a dog or pet besides a few goldfish and my turtle, Spot...[they didn't really count, haha]

-I've always wanted a sister to share clothes with and be able to have deep convos with

-Have always wanted to have a wonderful singing voice

-I love when people play with my hair-and feel like I should try a scalp massage

-I'd love to open my own shop-like Taken for Granite (my fav store in Stony Creek CT) and fill it with rare knick knacks and antiquey things... or have a business with my mans-featuring gourment foods and products

-I want a big family...with say 4 kiddos :)

Nantucket Mini-Moon

Right now I'm working on figuring out where we will stay........been checking out the Periwinkle Inn, the Union Street Inn....

Excited to have my man share in my childhood memories and rent a jeep to take out to Great Point!

this kitchen has no significance to me but I find it airy and could imagine what it would be like to wake up in Nantucket every morning here...

I spent many summers with my family and nanny (whose a wonderful family friend and will be flying in with her hubby from London for the wedding :):) ) in Nantucket and remember the tall grass, playing games on the sand, enjoying the view and one time even losing my beloved tunafish sandwich to a seagull...i'll have to post pictures from when I was a little one

Something Natural-sounds like the locals have cherished this sandwich/salad spot for some time now!

The Gallery-not only did she mention the sunset and beach side table but KAG also did some celebrity sighting, sounds like my kind of thing :)

I've enjoyed reading KAG's posts about her time in Nantucket because my man and I are planning on taking a short honeymoon after our September 18th wedding to Nantucket and then going on a "real" honeymoon to Greece after he's done with school in December. At first I was thinking it won't be the same to do something small and then go on the real honeymoon later but now I'm thinking we'll have two honeymoons and it will be double the fun with my new husband (so weird to say that?!! but so nice)

American Pride and D.C. Visitors--

So I didn't end up buying one of those gorgeous Gustto bags but got an even better deal over the fourth of July weekend with Brad's parents in town. We had a lot of fun together and bonded over great meals, a picnic at a winery, some antique shopping and really enjoyed one another's company.

Right now on Ruelala.com...Gustto handbags are on sale and I'm really trying to restrain myself from adding another purchase to my credit card, but it sure is tempting, yikes. If I were you I'd rush over and grab something while it still is on sale, their sales go FASstttttT!

Sweet Surprise

Summer treated me to a few photo snaps of Kensley and Keegan! In these pictures Kensley is modeling the flower girl dress for all to see, doesn't she look so darn ADORRABLEEE, CUTEE, SQUEEZABLE, Ahhhh :) I have an equally precious video of her too-will post that soon

Family Fun

here we are all together at Hugh's farm for Shaw's wedding in upstate NY

B's parents are on their way down to visit us for the weekend-we have so much fun with them--exploring new places and sharing in laughs! I'll post soon about what we have been up to :)
